Vazgen I invited during that tour the chorus to his palace in Echmiadzin

everyone who aid it. High peforming level that you reached in your ait

you do has national importance."
After one of the first concerts in Erevan the leading researcher
of the Komitas art Robet Atoian said the following thing in Armenian interview:
"Ву some incredible way this Armenian chorus revivaled the old comitas
tradition, which character features in originess and which is а bit naive,
childish sound of women voices, high activity and in the same time has
soft dynamic the most important thing is wide specter of voices. And here
we can tell about each voice that is not covered by another one - almost
every moment of the music gives quite another colour, different energy.
That why when you hear then chorus, instead of usual choral sound you are
covered by the sphere of the living, I would say space sound."
There are more then 250 works in chorus's repertoire: the main section
dedicated to Armenian music, the second section is engaged by Russian
music, and the third major section is engaged by west-europian music.
